My name is Rachael and I am 15 years old. I live in Hertfordshire with my 12 year old sister and my Mum. I adore anything related to art, such as drawing, painting and acting. I love music too, although I cannot play an instrument to save my life!!! Wish I could play guitar...

Apart from 30STM, my other favourite bands include Disturbed, My Chemical Romance, Bullet for my Valentine, Nickelback, Shinedown, Fall Out Boy, Foo Fighters, Papa Roach and Stone Sour. I also like Young Guns and Bring Me the Horizon too. Anyway, Mars is my absolute favourite. They provide me with tons of inspiration when it comes down to art. When people constantly ask me why I can draw so well for my age, and question me as to how they can draw just like me, I always reply by telling them that 30 Seconds to Mars are the key behind all masterpieces When I am working I am always listening to Mars, and even when I am not working I am still listening to Mars. My obsession over the band has contributed to the conversion of my sister's awful taste in music (N-Dubz...) to rock. She likes 30 Seconds to Mars just as much as I do now, although she doesn't seem to find Jared attractive for some strange reason...

I hope to go to a MARS concert one day, although I will probably have to wait until I am 18 to do that. My sister has a boyfriend who's father knows and is friends with the frontman from Disturbed. How awesome is that? If only someone I knew was close friends with Jared and the band... Once I am done with school, I hope to go on to Bournemouth University to learn how to be a computer animator. Computer art has always fascinated me right from the days when I used to play video games with my father (he split up from my mum years and years ago, I think around about the times when I was sitting my SAT's in yr6. I haven't seen him since and I am glad). I always thought that it would be amazing if I could create a 3D character and control their movements...

At the moment, I just need to continue to focus on my school work. Then the rewards will come later
