But in this post is written the facesofmars submission ends on september 17.
Does that mean that photos send on september 18 will not be used ??

Nope.  Honestly, they shouldn't put in 'oh hey, we'll contact you' if they're not going to do it.  Not like I care that much, but considering I'm sure it's probably a legal thing, why bother putting it in when you're not going to follow through?

Wonder how many Cobra Starship fans will go buy the album with Gabe Saporta's face on it.  Haha.
