This band went from cancelling shows if Jared's name was mentioned anywhere to having Jared-only magazine covers to promote the band. They have turned so commercial (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

AGAIN??! Doesn't Kerrang have any other bands to put on the cover?

It has always seemed like the other band members may as well not be there, I guess the magazines are just taking the next step... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) I hope this isn't a long lived phenonemon

I could sugest he starts saying "I ain't doing it without Tomo and Shannon" and the mags wouldn't deny him that, but god knows why he's doing it anyway. Maybe if his face is the one that's gonna sell the album, so be it. I don't like it either but I guess one's got to pay the bills every once in a while. I know I do (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

MAYBE it's his face because they only interviewed him?? it did say Jared Leto's dark side not 30Seconds to Mars dark side.. hmm I dunno.

and yeah they are soooo comercial now. that's why they are everywhere, you can't wish for a band's success w/out them being mainstream. they were successful before but now they are VERY successful and mainstream.. I don't think they have sold out. NOT yet! lol (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Then the cover should say JARED LETO not 30 SECONDS TO MARS.

Kerrang sucks!!!!!

As this "I'm not your role model' article proves. Who quotes something that wasn't said by the person being interviewed? What dopes.

edit: To add, even if he does for some reason say it in the full interview, why not include that part in the article in which it's the headline? uh, tell me? yeah, exactly.

WOW! That was actually a really great read, best article of their's I've read in a long time. Very insightful and honest, I feel like I've really learned a lot more about the thought processes of the album.

That was the best interview I've read and I actually got a bit teary while reading it. It's no wonder that I feel connected to 30 Seconds to Mars because I had so much similar experiences when I was a kid. I didn't live on the street but I wasn't far from it.

It's very encouraging to read something like this:

(IMG:http://i665.photobucket.com/albums/vv20/jenni_jylha/1.png)

Thank you Jared for opening up and helping me to help myself at the same.
