LOST TICKETS
If you are coming into town, make sure you bring the credit card you used to purchase the tickets and the ID, along with the confirmation email received, in case something should happen and you lose your tickets. they can reprint them there. If one member of your party lose their ticket, but everyone else has theirs, the entire group must be present as well as the original purchaser to have the ticket reprinted.

*Lining up at the venue before the show is allowed at any time. My suggestion would be no earlier then 5/6 am the day of for safety reason. The venue is not located in a bad area but one never knows what will happen.
*as far as doing any sort of camping out the night before I have read that it is not allowed.

WHERE TO PARK
*You may park in designated area on the side of the street but please keep in mind that you will need to put enough $ in the meters. And be careful where you park as to not get towed.
*There is an undergroud parking garage across the street from the venue and also down the street as well.
*Also for those who want to arrive closer to show time they do offer Valet.

Since the venue is downtown the hotels downtown are a bit more pricey. You can go through your desired hotels website for location details. I will post a few hotels to further out to the west, east, north, and south that will most likely be cheaper.
