Some of us are wondering that you, the band (Jared mostly) don't run the Twitter account anymore. That there is someone else reading and tweeting most of the time.

I have been thinking about this quite some time now and today I heard from another fan that because of the Hootsuite there is one (maybe hired) person running all (or most) of the MARS related twitter accounts.

Is this true or false?

And also there is another thing that concerns some of us; If there are hired people working with the band, are they working for EMI?

This is a question that I think many of us are wondering because we have very little trust towards the label at the moment.

I wanted to ask these questions on behalf of everyone that are concerned about these things.

The Hive is working on behalf of the band to help with the many things that need to be done day-to-day.

We try to make it clear when it's a personal message from the band and of course, everything The Hive is doing is part of a bigger picture that is approved and directed by Thirty Seconds to Mars.

We do check in and read messages daily and are very involved in the entire process.

The Hive is a smaller, newer, and hopefully more efficient guerrilla type organization. We will be utilizing the assets and resources that the label provides, but we don't require their permission to do what we want.

The fact both @thisisthehive and @30secondstomars started using Hootsuite on the exact same day, and @thisisthehive usually RT's the band's tweets just one minute after Mars posts, should be enough to get that. But there's always that moment at a concert where this girl came up to Jared and said "mars is coming" and the look on his face must've been like because he apparently "forgot" about the contest he had planned a few hours before

I really don't care who is doing the job. Just release the fucking album already plz

Exactly what I have been thinking too. I don't care either who is tweeting and whom they work for. It would be just nice if they were honest and straightforward about things so that people won't get paranoid.

The Hive has proved to be true to its word so far. Information has been given in a precise and timely manner. I am very proud that the band realized that creating this group will help control the flow of information and activities surrounding the release of the new album and tour. Putting what you have read and learned into action is a very brave thing. Change is hard and letting go of the "superman" myth and knowing "The real path to success in your career and in your personal life is through creating an inner circle of "lifeline relationships". I really hope that this endeavor will continue to grow and be successful. James and Bryan keep up the good work and thank you for your efforts.

Hootsuite sounds like a fantastic thing to have, I would love to be able to schedule my tweets! Imagine all the possible ways that I can spam and annoy my followers. (although I predict if I did that, I would soon find myself tweeting to...ummm..myself!
