Hopefully we can learn how to properly use the goddamn winking smiley in this thread.
The winking smiley poses a question to the reader, and that question is "did you get it?" You post this particular emoticon if you made an obscure joke/innuendo/comment, so the people who may have missed will be tipped off on the fact that you made an obscure joke/innuendo/comment.
Don't just post it after every goddamn dirty joke you make. It doesn't fucking belong there!
If you post a joke/comment like:
DON'T FUCKING POST THE GODDAMNED WINKING SMILEY WITH IT BECAUSE EVERYONE FUCKING GETS THE GODDAMN JOKE!
And if you don't get that joke, then you're too young to be on this forum. Fuckin' 12 year olds.
