Weeeell... actually frying isn't THAT bad. Sometimes baking it is worse, unless you mean baking in an oven, then it's better.

We fry our fries in coconut-oil-something. It doesn't have a coconut taste though.

you would have to be baking something in a heck of a lot of fat to make it worse than if it were fried in oil wouldn't you?

I LOOOOOVE them! Subway has them from time to time.

Right, they are really good!!!! I haven't had original cheetos in forever, but if I remember correctly these taste exactly like original, which is cool because the baked Lays differ immensely from their counterpart in both texture and taste. In fact, when they first introduced the baked Lays I was completely put off by them, but after I grew used to them I started to like them. Now, whenever I eat original Lays they taste greasy and too rich and I can only eat a handful or so. It would be great if someone found a suitable alternative to french fries because they are one comfort food I find impossible to kick.

It is recommended that you walk 10,000 steps/day.

I don't want to run to my doctor and seem like a hypochondriac because of something that might turn out to be nothing, so I thought I'd get your opinions first.

I've been exhausted lately, but I'm sure most of you knew that by now. Well, about a week ago, maybe a little more, I noticed that my arms (mostly my right arm but occasionally the left, as well) felt incredibly weak, like they couldn't support any weight at all. Even picking up my purse was difficult; I get a weak/achy/numb sort of feeling. And that feeling hasn't gone away.

I know achy-ness generally is consistent with the flu...but this isn't that kind of ache. It's literally a "holy shit I feel like I can't even pick up a bottle of water" kind of weakness.

Any input?

There are so many things that it could be I think you shoud go see your doctor and maybe get a blood test? It's not going to make you out to be a hypochondriac at all, although it could just be something as simple as your diet but then it might also be caused by something that needs treatment.
Good luck getting it sorted out soon though.

I will go with Poppy on this... it could just be a simple lack of iron and you would need to increase your B's like taking a B12 weekly.. or something more might be going on...

Numbness can come from many sources in the body... simple lack of energy foods to a pinched nerve to something much more serious..
If it has gone on longer than a week- you are not overreacting, you are taking the correct measures to get it checked out. You know your body better than anyone.. if it doesn't feel right to you- get it checked out.

I had to increase my B's because of that feeling, but I also had to have 2 iron infusions over the past year due to the lack of iron levels brought on by my gastric bypass surgery.. so I do understand the tired run-down feelings....

That's a good idea.

Wellness Advantage

Exercise done in three – 10 minute sessions each day can improve your health.
(10 minutes before work, 10 minutes at lunch and 10 minutes after dinner.)

An apple a day keeps the doctor away – there may be something to this saying as apples are very healthy. They are a good source of vitamin C and potassium and are virtually fat free.
They help to keep your teeth clean too!

Sit up straight. Slumping can cause tension in your neck or back muscles.
