Ask the moderators to move your topic to purgatory, the band pays extra attention to questions and important post in there.
It's the most direct way to let them know.

Yes, ebay does have an option for people to report them but they do nothing unless the licensed holder report them. I'll try and figure out how to ask the moderators to move this topic to purgatory. Thanks all

This Thailand seller has 20+ ebay IDs at any given time. They sell with 4-6 IDs at a time. Below is to just their TSTM items. They get kicked off ebay every 3-4 months and come back with new IDs. They are to big to be one person. Look at the title and discription for all these different users, they are all the same. I get Grateful Dead to end the GD items every week, looking for more POC to report these to. Sellers are allowed 4-6 violations every 60 days before they het kicked off. There are licensed TSTM patches on ebay, the wholesale cost is a lot more than what this Thailand seller is selling his/hers for.

Oops. I bought a Phoenix-patch from them I think... Or from someone in HongKong but I thought they were licensed to do so.

To be honest, people have been selling knock-off merchandise and DIY 30STM stuff for years, and nothing has been done about it. I don't think it's right, but there's really no way to stop it. People will always try to make a profit off something that's big and famous. Not much can be done, I don't think.

My Italianess tells me that people work too hard to make an honest living.
They should be reported. Copyright Laws make it very wrong. wink.gif
