Hi Andy, I remember you asking about this earlier in the yearbook thread and Maren hooked you up with a link to the thread that talked about the build for HFH Liverpool.
No one ever mentioned, like was said above, that the band had any involvement in that particular build. I was set up through fans that want to contribute for the cause itself.
If you have a genuine interest in helping out it should not even matter whether the band was even considering visiting the HFH build. I could care less if they are there, I am only there to help out cause it's needed and it can only add to my personal experience and spent time with the lovely people from the board!
Sorry if that sounded somewhat bitchy, but I care for this cause very much and maybe signing up for the sole purpose of the band being there sounds a bit iffy imo..

I'm more worried scores of people will suddenly want to join up for dubious reasons.
And I don't care if this sounds bitchy - "our" build is full now. If you want to help Liverpool HfH you are more than welcome to contact them and ask them when they need volunteers!
Hey, I've booked my flight and my accomodation - ain't no one kicking me off my chance to build a house.
PS: You can dream away all you want but please don't do it here, it's working on my gag reflex a bit. No offense.

I'm crazy but not that crazy that I would hope that the band would show up there.

I sincerely hope that people who will help build houses for other people,
will do that because they want to help out other people.
If people are helping out hoping to get/gain the bands approval, please
don't tell me because it would and will dissapoint me greatly.
And as already stated: No guys from MARS will go to Liverpool for the build or a build.

I know myself that I'd never put this much effort into something for the possibility of getting the band's attention. Ever.
I hope that we can inspire each other to do wonderful things and help others. That's pretty much it.
Andy, I hope that others' involvement in HFH will propel you to get involved as well. This isn't about the band, it's about what we can do together.
