I searched, but couldn't find a thread about make-up. Which I think we need, hah. Share your tips, your fave brands, makeup you've done, your fave shades.. Everything.

Guess I'll start off, this is my fave make-up lady on Youtube:
Makeup Geek
She's awesome, you should check her out! smile.gif

And yes. I'm somewhat obsessed with make-up. sleep.gif

This make-up is very good for the environment, it's not tested on animals, you can refill it and it looks sooooo pretty in the bathroom wub.gif : https://www.bnevertoobusytobebeautiful.com/

Makeup 411 is one of my favourite websites, although its primarily about professional makeup, it has some cool stuff to look at, it features "beauty breakdowns" from all sorts of things like red carpet shows or characters on set where it lists exactly what was used and how it was applied and who by to create a certain look. It also has some good expert advice pages.

And MAC on this site there is a directory of Makeup Artists as well which is worth looking at.

One of the first makeup books I ever owned was Face Forward, he is amazing, my favourte picture by him has always been Gwyneth Paltrow as James Dean.

I know! lol. Luren uses it on her tutorials and I've fell in love with the colors of the pigments there, but I can't get it here. It's not actually that expensive on ebay, wich is awesome because almost anyone can get it, and if you know how to use it, you'd get a professsional make up made at home. Uh! and also, Luren it's luanching her make up line soon, can't wait to see it. tongue.gif

I could been wrong, but MAC pro palettes tend to be flat, more light weight and less bulky so that its easier to hold in one hand while you are applying makeup to someone else. I show you.
Still good value though as there are a lot of colours, the pigment just might not be as strong/bright as you were expecting and they may not blend as well.
