I'm not sure how to reach anyone, so here's an open letter.

My girlfriend and I both live and study in Thailand. She's a really hard person to Christmas shop for and isn't too big on material things.

Mai loves your music and I can't think of anything (and I've been thinking for months..) that she'd like more than something directly from the band. I could buy signed shlt off eBay, but I'm praying you guys will have the heart to make this real.

If you guys can drop a poster signed "To Mai" in a tube and mail it whenever you drive past a post office on a day off.. I'll pay for shipping and owe everyone two beers when you guys come to Thailand on tour or traveling.

I know there's lots of fans out there who'd love a poster signed and sent to them but I'm not sure it would mean as much as it would for Mai. So, I'd really do anything for this.

Mods- i'm sorry if this is in the wrong place or totally inappropriate for this forum. Would have sent a PM to someone, but the box is full. I just don't know where else to turn at this point. If you could help send this on to someone who'll read it I'll owe you a beer too.

Anyone else - If anyone's in LA and knows a way to get a poster inked.. i'll owe you a lot more + two beers.

You should write this at the purgatory forum. Which is formerly to ask questions to the band
But I doubt you can have an answer, they haven't answer any question made.

nongchai, the better way would be to get yourself in a show (or, well, if you ever catch them somewhere over the globe) and ask them for a sign. Otherwise, I'm not quite sure if they will notice your message, nor if they can do that, in the end, and as you've said, there're a lot of people wanting the same, and maybe they'd appreciate it as your girlfriend would do - you can't never know.

Try hitting up the Habitat For Humanity thread. That website has a ton of 30 STM stuff on it. All you have to do is make a donation.

Dan, that is really sweet and I'm sure it could have been a great surprise to your girlfriend, I doubt though if it can be done. At any rate good luck.

However, I can send you a non signed From Yesterday poster that I have. I understand it's not the same as a signed one from the band members, but the poster itself is official for promotion work (not for sale) and I have a couple left. So I'd be glad to send it to you. No payment, or shipping costs. For free.

Some issues seem out of place and anybody seems to care, and instead, boards keep being filled with shit, especially this one, which is already an insane place.
