Since you guys have been travelling the world, I wanted to know this:

- If you would immigrate, in which country would you like to live? And why?
- In what country did you experience a cultureshock?
- What did you think of the Netherlands? tongue.gif (I am Dutch after all... just be happy I'm not asking when you're coming back! laugh.gif )
- Does travelling to other country's change your look on America?

And last but not least... Since I work in a museum (and I like to talk about it all the time wink.gif ) this is relevant to my interests:
- Do you go to museums often when you're in another city/ country? If so: which museum did you like best? And why?

Questions by others:
J30STM:
I have a question for Shannon, since he always seems to walk around with his camera ready.
- Would you consider using a picture you took of something overseas ( building or a certain view or something really abstract ) as a possible album cover?

Question for Tomo:
- Being in Europe for the past time, do you miss the European culture at all or have you missed being in the States more?
- If you missed the European culture, what is it you missed most, the surroundings, the people or maybe the food we have here?

TeachJoanne:
- What do you consider to be typically "European". When you think of Europe, what do you associate with it?
- Of all the countries you've been to where you don't speak the language, which language have you made the most progress in? (NB: English is not an option!)

Nossing:
- Which artists or works of art inspire or have inspired you guys? I am thinking about (work of) painters and sculptors basically but ofcourse you can name any artist (or piece) that inspires you or gives you goosebumps.
- In which country did you wake up with the worst hangover ever? How come?
- To add to this question: was that the same country you created said hangover?! (question by Kynd)

KpucmuHa
- Do you know Kyrgyzstan?

And if others have other questions about country's/ culture's: post them here and I'll put them in the first post smile.gif Except ofcourse "what did you think of my country" since I already took that spot tongue.gif

Can I ask a question about my country? I just want to know if guys know my country)))
Not many people from other countries know my country - Kyrgyzstan - it's located in Central Asia in the neighbourhood of China where you have shot video for From Yesterday.
So, guys, do you know Kyrgyzstan??
Hope this map helps you

An addition to the museum question. I'm curious which artists or works of art inspire you guys. (Or have inspired you.)

In which country did you wake up with the worst hangover ever? How come?

And ofcourse you guys don't have to come back to The Netherlands. Belgium would be fine too. biggrin.gif

laugh.gif Jo!! Just as well you put that one in there, cause I have a sneaking suspicion that would have been a possible answer from them.

Question for Tomo:

- If you missed the European culture, what is it you missed most, the surroundings, the people or maybe the food we have here?

laugh.gif I cover all bases. Or some, at least.

And, based on your question for Tomo, for everyone (in the band): What do you consider to be typically "European". When you think of Europe, what do you associate with it?

I read somewhere that Jared likes the work of Damien Hirst. The skull 'For the love of God' made by him is now being expositioned in Amsterdam.

Does anyone wanna go see it with me? tongue.gif

Is that the bling one that's pretty much on the cover of everything right now? (this is not a question for the band - but feel free to answer if you're peeking)

Yep. The one that is contoversial but not to me because I just like sparkly things combined with the bad-ass-ness of a real skull. tongue.gif

Sorry to take your thread off topic but I fail to see the controversy. What's the beef with the bling skull?

I honest to god have no idea. I think because it's a real skull? And death is scary and you can't pimp it? I have no clue....

In 'my' museum we have pictures of ehm... people who are mentally challenged. And most of my collegues thought that was 'controversial' too. They were surprised when I told them I didn't see the controversy. The thought it would be scary or something? What's so scary about those people? blink.gif It ain't the fifties anymore people!

I think a lot of people are scared to actually feel something anymore. Afraid it might be politically incorrect, I suppose.

Here's another one: http://www.ad.nl/groenehart/2732807/De_sch...nvolmaakte.html

What's so controversial or scary about those pictures?
