Who is Matt Frey and when did he join the band?

And on Tim's wiki page it says he is no longer the bassist and will not work with the band on teh 3rd album.

Are there any links to interviews where this is revealed?

I guess this Matt is they guy at the keyboards, who's been in some shows?
But he hasnt "joined" in the band as a member.
And the only new we have is that Tim keeps being in the band, if he's ever been in...

1. why the sudden influx of people stalking this band through wikipedia searches?
2. why are you even discussing this other matt dude when jeffrey is the man anyway?
