This might be a bad idea, but i thought it would be cool to see what 30stm merch people have. I'm interested in seeing what everyone on the boards have. If you like the idea, show your 30 seconds to mars stuff...if you don't like the idea, then look at what other people have to show.

Show off your old s/t days merch, rare cd's, promo's, autographs, anything you want to show. Hope you guys are interested, i'd love to see everyone's stuff.

I think this is a bad idea for one simple reason.

Although it would start out innocently enough, sharing pics of what you have... there are people on this board that seem to think that owning the most merch is a competition. And that it makes them a better fan than someone who is either incapable of spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on band-related stuff or who just doesn't care and only owns a few select pieces.

I mean, have at it, but I would be VERY surprised if this didn't turn out to be nothing but a "Lookit-me-I-am-better-than-the-rest-of-you-because-I-have-98767-cds-and-45-hoodies-and-723-wristbands-all-signed-by-the-band."

That's what I think, anyways.

I understand that you guys think it might be a bad idea. I didn't really think of it that way, that it would be a competition. I titled it "the bragging thread" as somewhat of a joke. Anyway, i see what you guys are saying. I just wish i could delete the post. Thanks for your input.
