AGAIN, THE "!REPORT" BUTTON IS NOT A BUTTON THAT YOU SHOULD BE CLICKING, SHOULD YOU WANT TO REPLY WITH A POST IN A TOPIC.

Isn't there this function of disabling the "!report" button in the newer IPB's anymore? Or don't you wanna see your PM inbox flooded (which probably wont happen that easily like when someone clicks "report")?
