I said it before and I'll say it again. Who's fuckin' stingy enough to count out rice grains for this shit?

Is this a Jewish charity?

i want to see them count out the rice grains. and than post a video. so we can see them hard at work, when they could instead just give the rice...which we know will never get to anyone who needs it.

maybe they calculate its weight to go faster... tongue.gif
but the thing is... to cook the rice, we need water, right? but in some countries, the water is not good... do they give it for free, or will we have to play to get 3 drops of water to go with the rice...?

As ridiculous as it sounds, the rice does add up...I don't think they ACTUALLY sit and count out each individual grain.

And I'm just an english nerd so I enjoy testing my vocabulary, lol. I think I "donated" about 3120 grains last night.

My dad was like "Kelsey, why don't you talk like this all the time?" haha. For most of the words I can figure them out by knowing Greek and Latin roots/prefixes/suffixes.

Oh, and you can keep going even if you don't know a word. It'll just tell you the correct one and you move on.

I've been using that website for a few months now when I am bored in work. My friend told me about it on facebook and I've been hooked ever since. Its time wasting that actually makes a difference - Freerice FTW!!

I "donated" something like 3260 "grains" and then got bored.

But I was actually surprised at some of the words and had to think about some of them for a minute. lol
