i've always like Marilyn Mason but with this new album i think i'm gonna like him even more given my little known like for intertextuality: yay with the alice in wonderland reference in the title !

i listened to the sond if i was your vampire here: @myspace eat me, drink me

any thoughts?

i can get into fervent fights about Marilyn so anybody feel free to attack *_* !

I like that title. I have never been a fan of his, though. I just know the popular stuff such as Tainted Love and Personal Jesus. And I have the cover of The Ramones' song The KKK Took My Baby Away by him. That one is really good.

I like this If I Was Your Vampire song. Sounds so familiar though, especially the music. Seems like something I've heard played by another band. I just can't think of who.

Marilyn Manson fucking roocks, but for the best shit, much the same as 30STM you have to delve all the way back to the beginning. Before The Beautiful People made them all popular. I'm talking Portrait of an American Family and shit. Yet he hasn't put anything out yet I didn't like. I am excited and hoping for a tour soon. Road trip, again since he has been banned from performing in our state. sad.gif Boo to that. But nonetheless. Check out some of the older shit. smile.gif

no worries, i did that, well, i was there, i've been paying attention to his work since the beautiful people but i've heard older stuff, i don't like it so much but it's me, i prefer more 'modern' things in general..

i admire him a lot as a person too, i feel for many things he said over the years and i like the way he manages himself and his public persona wub.gif

best songs for me are those like the dope show, the fight song is one of my fav and i have a thing for tainted love too laugh.gif

this new album looks promising

Really? Michigan without Mason?

I first saw them opening for NIN many many years ago at Pine Knob I think it was. I can't imagine Detroit not letting him play there that's crazy.

Fuck yeah! I've been waiting for new Manson stuff.

I have a remix of the Beautiful People called The Horrible People that I've been playing nonstop for a while now.
