For the most part, he has done a great job. It's been, more or less, a fluff speech, but I think a lot of what he is proposing could work. He's playing to the new Democratic Congress, which is a very smart move on his part.

My understanding of this, is that none of you pay any fucking attention to politics and just hate GWB because it's the popular thing to do.
