I like the Killers although I don't have their CD. It seems like the singer is full of himself since recently hearing interviews with him about the new CD. I don't know exact quotes, but along the lines "will be the best CD ever."

All I know about The Kills is that the singer is on Placebo's song Meds, and I love her voice. Gotta hear more.

I have to say I love The Killers too, I wasn't too keen on hearing their stuff, I downloaded Hot Fuss and it was a pleasant surprise, I really got into them, purchased their album and never get tired of listening to it. I like their new song too, so I'll purchase the new CD as soon as it's released around here.

I like The Killers and their first album "Hot Fuss".
The new single "When you were young" sounds auspicious and i´m looking forward to buy the new Album "Sam´s Town". The release date in Germany is the 29.09....a week today. I´m very excited.

I think that's Franz Ferdinand... . I mean, I like them and are good for a party, or when you need to feel happy, but the press treats them as the next best thing coming from Great Britain. And regarding The Killers I actually never read any interviews, they're one of those bands that I'm only interested if they release a new album or are planning on going on tour. Whatever.

I enjoyed The Killers back when Hot Fuss was a blip on the screen and every song wasn't a single yet. Then they got overplayed on radio around here and I couldn't go two minutes without "Somebody told Me" or "Mr. Brightside" being played somewhere.

Then I caught their live show at San Diego Street Scene '04 and lets just say that they are horrible live (or at least were back then). Plus Flowers is as big of a prick on stage as he is off.

The new song is horrible. Within the first three seconds of it being played I had to turn it off. Pretty much it has to be one of the worst songs I've heard all year.
