someone said that 30 Seconds to Mars annoys them
because of their personalities, i never met them before so i was just wondering what they are like?

Well, the thing people need to remember is that every single person on this planet of ours has their own personalities. And people might share character traits but no two people are exactly alike.
In my opinion, they are very nice. But another thing people tend to forget is that these guys are just human, too, so they have good days and bad days. I've met them all a couple times, and the first time Shannon was a dream but the second time he was grumpy. I can't tell you which of those personalities is his true one but like I said, they are alright. As long as you treat them with respect and humility.
