The email that was just sent out from the online streat team about the close encounter with mars is a hoax that has actually been repeating for the passed 3 years now. The oscillating orbits of Mars and Earth did, in fact, bring the two planets closer together on August 27, 2003 than at any other time during the past 50,000 years. Though Mars never actually appeared "as large as the full moon" -- not even close -- for a time it was indeed the brightest object in the night sky. It is not possible for Mars to appear as large as the moon to the naked eye...well I guess I can't say it's NOT possible because anything is possible but lets just say you better hope it never happens otherwise it's gravity would alter Earth's orbit and raise terrible tides. Below is a link telling about the hoax and the second link i have posted is directly from NASAS website last year so if you want to read about it yourself. I just thought I would let all of you know because it's not true. Can you imagine mars appearing as large as the moon?? haha!! that's just crazy lol use your brains people.

I've had an apocalyptic dream about terrible tides.. so I think that it is going to happen.. Beware my prophecy! But it's going to look really cool when it does, so it's all good.
