Hell no.If you listen to it closely and keep an open mind about it, then the music actually makes you think more in depth about things. That's just the way I see it

Sure don't . . . well, I will be honest, ONLY after I see them live do I find it depressing (damn PCD dry.gif ).

Marilyn Manson makes me want to beat my head against a wall though.

that's exactly how i feel about it!
my english class theme for the grade is "identity" and the abl cd fits into it perfectly..every single song can be related to finding your identity..who you are. so in that class everything i do that i have to relate to identity i bring up their cd.

That's the first time I've heard them referred to as depressing. Did you laugh your ass off while they played MM? He doesn't have that kind of effect on me, but I can see why it could be considered hypocritcal for them to say that about 30stm before busting out MM. Introspection or let's take you down to the bowels of hell before the introspection? rolleyes.gif

No, not really. When I play Mars for class, I usually skip through "screamish"/"louder" songs like Attack because people start complaining.

But no, I personally dont think so but everyone has their own opinion.

i know.i hate it so much. he wante to start off as a musician and acting just came along. at least he's not keeanu reeves (even if he is canadian and i lovehim for that) his band was horrible...but jared has talent and his acting career should be what he's judged on musicaly

Nah, nah, I blame David Hasselhoff. Most only do a single album or something but that guy just keeeeeeeeeps fuckin' gooooing. And you know what? Fine, don't like 'em for stereotypcial reasons, that means that there's more room at the shows for people like us who go for the right reasons and enjoy the hell out of ourselves.......hmm, then again....nevermind. I don't want to bring up the jack asses that do go to the shows and waste our space.

Even though I just did. Dammit. mad.gif laugh.gif

I know for sure that from the very first moment I listened to 30STM they made my day and they continue making my day ever since.

People who are supposed to be sort of broad-minded in the music world they have to take Jared seriously, at last.
