Denver Rescheduled to 5/27 Just got an email from Ticketweb

Here's the message I received from Ticketweb about the show:

The tickets you purchased for 30 Seconds to Mars at Gothic Theatre on Sunday, March 5 are refundable due to a schedule change.

Unless you specifically elect to receive a refund in advance, your tickets will be honored.

The event has been rescheduled for 8:00 PM on Saturday, May 27.

Now we just have to hope that no one else hurts something and they cancel again.

just knowing that there is a date makes me feel better... not knowing is the sucky part.

but YAY.... i have something to look forward to again, and i will have just graduated.

May 27 is way close to when I'm going to be out of town for a week, out of state actually. Close call.

I'd also like to say thanks for posting this, I would've shown up tonight if I hadn't checked these boards. I'm glad you posted the new place/date also, because I tried emailing TicketWeb to verify that your info was correct and they said "The event has been moved to The Ogden Theatre in Colorado, on the same day and time." Which is obviously wrong. Ktcl and nipp.com both say may 27th at the ogden, so I'm believing you. Thanks again.

Oh and I met some random dude named Heath from Denver in this club in Grand Island Friday. I was wearing my homemade hoodie and he was like nice hoodie I have one similar to it. I was like PUSHAW, wha? B/C to my knowledge there aren't many fans in my town. So, we had a brief chat. He was there for his grandma's big birthday bash or something.

Anyway...

So, I won't be going to this show. I will be in Denver the weekend before. GRRR! But I won't be too sad because I HATE the Ogden. I love love love the Gothic though. Sucks that they changed it.

Well, it looks like KTCL is promoting this show for a change. I've actually heard the kill a couple of times on the radio, and the show announcement has been on the concert blog at least once a week. Today they even had the clip with jared talking about matt cutting his finger. must have borrowed it from the SLC station.

Anyways, I thought I would see if there were any Denver people who wanted to help with promotion. Let me know.

I was supposed to get to go to this show if i pass all my classes by the end of the year and now theyre saying its a 16+ show on the venues website does anyone know if thats true?

Yeah, I saw that the other day. I'm not sure why they are doing that though. I know we have some curfews here but that show is early enough that it shouldn't interfere, but I'm not positive. Anyways, they are still letting those under 16 in if they have a ticket from the previous date, so if you really want to go, I'd be willing to trade my ticket with you. I know that most of the Denver people are over 16 so maybe some of them would trade too.

anyways, that's an option for ya!
