That's a friend of mine's brother. sounds cheap to say, but it's true. he's pretty darned good. what he's doing is not actually all that complicated, but it sounds crazy indeed.

both bore me. it's just Vai pisses me off more, he solos just coz he can....fucking show pony, and he looks like a bit of a dick too

IMO a good riff is far more important than the usual same old same old wanky solo...but that's me.
