I don't know...but I think yes! just look at all pictures in which fans appear huging the band members.....all fans are dressed up with all kinds of 30stm stuff they've done....if that was iligal, the we would have had a problem already!

I agree with ola, if you see their fans wearing shirts and things that the band didn't approve/make/design or whatever, they're not being sued or anything, at least not that we know of! so i don't think it should be a problem. At least i hope not, cuz i was thinking of making a 30stm shirt anyway! tongue.gif biggrin.gif

Well, I guess the band may be proud of their faithful fans biggrin.gif Who promotes the band just being the fan of it, wearing stuff with their logo or something and putting this logo everywhere they can imagine biggrin.gif

But if that was like *selling this stuff* - THEN it would be really illegal, you see? smile.gif

totally right you guys, i mean about only if ur SELLING it.

PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES ARE FINE after all, like DeboraDMXbr said, that's what the echelon is about.

i'm proud to promote the band however i can! I'm making a shirt like i said before. 'll probably make other stuff.plus, yesterday i painted my nails red, and in white, the thumbs have "30" on them, and the other fingers are the glyphics(in order) it actually looks really kool. my point is, when i do that, people ask me like, "what's on your nails?' and then i tell them about it. My friends actuall asked if he could borrow it to hear them, so i brought it to school, and him and about 3 other guys were listening to them. they like them!

it's all for the band, all for the band...

I've got the glyphs written on my knuckles and the first one on my wrist. I play the cd at work every time I close. Once a coworker asked if he could borrow it to rip and burn it, but I told him no. I offered to order it for him, but he never answered me.

Well, firstly I bought a pirated album, really, I didnt want to download the songs. And the version of that album was japan one tongue.gif But when I found out that their album is on sale in 2 music-stores in Moscow, I immediately went and bought it. biggrin.gif And also I had a version which contained 30stm album and also 7 songs by someone, though meaning they were by 30stm and featuring some band. Of course, they were not )) And the bands name was... Blind Passengers anyway..

I downloaded all there songs to begin with. I first heard Echelon, and loved it. Then I downloaded a few other songs, and thought, hell, these guys are awesome. I ordered the cd and downloaded the rest to hold me until the cd came. But I still bought the album, and I'll probably be buying a back up soon. I'm so paranoid somethings gonna happen to this cd, probably cause I take it to work to listen to it, and I've had things stolen/broken there before.

Heh, I was so paranoid about my Hanson CD's couple of years ago )))
I guess you can burn a copy to take it with you everywhere )) What's wrong with it if you still have the original CD which you really bought )))
