Yes I'm a fan! That was amusing. Unfortunately I have yet to see thier Keine Lust video.....will go hunting for it at some point......arrrgh why didn't they put the video on the single! ohmy.gif
Saw them live in Feb and can honestly say they put on one of the greatest show on earth. Their theatrics are amazing.
I still think their most kick ass song is Mein Teil....other favourites of mine are Sonne, Feuer Frei, Du Hast, Du Reicht So Gut, Moskau, Mein Hertz Brent.

Everyone shouls see them live purely for all the mad pyros they use! biggrin.gif

I've seen them a few times, always a spectacular show. The theatrical water-shooting dildo during 'Buch Dich' was kind of frightening the first time I saw them live though - everyone thought it was the real thing at first! blink.gif But they are definitely one of the most creative live acts I have ever seen.

Rob Zombie is still #1 in that area though.

No way you got to see the Buch Dich thing hehehehe!!! That would just make me laugh my head off. I've seen it on a live video only. They had taken that out of the set when they came here to England. .....at the shows you saw did the "crowd surfing dinghy" come out at the end?! That was a spectacle haha. They did it during 'Stripped'.

Actually I saw the Buch Dich thing twice...the second time they got arrested for it after the show! Fuckin cops. They were charged with lewd public behavior, which is bullshit since none of it was real.

They did do the crowd surfing dinghy the first time I saw them, that was funny!

Sometimes bands are musically so amazing that people don't even care what the lyrics are. I mean, I love five iron frenzy, and I'm not a Christian at all. And there are a lot of bands out there who have lyrics I don't understand. So I don't think someone has to understand the lyrics to like a band. That would be strange.

I think that's a very ignorant statement.

I don't speak a word of German but I can easily punch the lyrics into a translator and learn what they are singing about, which I have. I happen to really like their music and find nothing strange about it at all. I am sure there are people all over the world who don't speak a word of english that like some american bands.

well thats a problem,a translator can translate the words of a rammstein song but more than mostly the words mean something else which u can only figure out in german and not in english, but im not gonna discuss that

I don't even think the Germans care what the lyrics are...with Rammstein you're too busy banging around to the music--take fever frei for example BANG BANG hehe
