When i was first introduced to the band, I did what I almost always do, I went to go see if they were any good.  Too many bands these days aren't worth paying for the cd just to find out it sucks.    I downloaded some windows media files of the album, and instantly fell in love with the album.  About a week later, I bought the cd.  Because I usually rip all my CD's for my MP3 player, I deleted the windows media files.  I was very suprised to find that one of my favorite songs on the album was a bit different from the songs I had downloaded.   Now, I assume that the original version was a demo, and that it was produced for the album.   I LOVE THE ORIGINAL version!!  I can't find it either.  I would gladly buy another cd if it meant having that first version of the song.





Has anyone else heard the version I am talking about?  Anyone know why they changed it?  Where can you get it?

2000-2001 immortal sampler no longer in print. Contained songs from Incubus, Korn, The Urge, and 30 Seconds to Mars (revolution, and buddha for mary ver. 1). [BFM1] has never been on any generation of the self-titled album.

i disagree...there is no chorus...the vocals in the album version own the demo.

revolution is one of my favorite songs by them. and the chorus is the best part! its so true..those 4/5 lines are excellent

Revolution is a good song.  I don't know why they say it is an anti-American song.  I like the hook.
