check out a site like www.lifeonmars.tk and check out some of the awesome banners, pics, flyers, and posters, and start promoting. That is how you become a true Echelon. But all you really need to do, is have a lot of faith in the band, and spread the word of the migthy band itself.
(Echelon is more of a feeling of respect, than a determing name. Remembe that.)
