I am looking to get a hold of mainly the tunings they use. Tablature would be cool but I want to figure out the album without it. I think they tune in C, but I'm not positive. Anyone know? Thanks! Peace

Yes the album is written in drop C tuning.

If you want the tabs, check out the links page.

My fave tuning smile.gif

Make sure you get some heavy gauge strings or it will be sloppy as hell, and your intonation will be too sensetive to finger pressure smile.gif

A guitar sounds only as good as its owner.

I agree. An instrument is only as good as the artist behind it. (of course some of them are better instruments than others).

This is true but I promise, if you try to do this with regular-light gauge strings, it will not sound too hot.

I think the tabs I did for the lifeonmars.tk site are probably still the only good ones you can find online, if I do say so myself... I tabbed out the album because I was tired of finding all these horrible 30STM tabs online so I did something about it... I've been meaning to tab out the bass but I don't have a bass guitar or an octave pedal or any other equipment that might help my guitar play in the same octave range as a bass but I might just use my guitar and just tab the bass out anyway and transpose everything down an octave so that it sounds right... If enough people want the bass tabs done, I'll see if I can get right down to it being as how I'm on summer break from school and I'll actually have some time to do it!

And about your Fingers bleeding on your guitar strings, no it doesnt hurt the strings or anything, might stain the fretboard though...and why would your fingers be bleeding??? Most guitar players dont get that because theyve formed a calis on thier fingers from playing so long, Did you just start playing??

Do you mean your fingers bleed from strumming?, hardened skin on your fingers is called calis, ive never bleed either, most of the music i play calls for a pic too, but i love strumming just as much or maybe more...
