That was me embelishing, or I heard Jared say it in some interview, but it was not serious. Last year we rented a huge house with a heated pool, it was fun. The hotels are always up in price then, and most of the pools are closed. If I thought they were coming I'd book something.

They said on the ...Rolling Stone video in Mexico (I think it was)...that they were still trying to work something out for NYE, but nothing solid yet.

As far as I know a certain location was "scouted" for. Perhaps they're having problems agreeing on terms, logistics, details etc etc etc

I would really like to know any ideas of where you think that this NYE concert might be?  We live near Brighton so anywhere even in the UK would be a trek - but still worth doing!

I have just found out from my brother that he is in New York this year for NYE and has said if the band are doing the NYE gig in New york I can stay with him!!  Will only need to pay for gig ticket and plane ticket!

As this "300" event is being talked about as their last does this mean that there will not be a New Years Eve show?  

I really need to know what is happening as need to book time off work etc. to get organised?  Does anyone know anything or are they just waiting until after this "300" event?
